Answers about scope, ownership, cost, and working together.
See what Hearthline handles, what stays with you, which decisions require approval, and when a smaller project makes more sense.
What does Hearthline Growth actually do?
We look at the whole route from business strategy to public discovery, decision, inquiry, and follow-up. Depending on the constraint, the work can include positioning, offers, brand, websites, local search, paid campaigns, reputation, email, CRM, automation, infrastructure, and ongoing growth operations.
Do you only build websites?
Websites are one part of the work. An engagement may also cover the offer, campaigns, measurement, email, scheduling, follow-up, hosting, or automation. Some problems can be solved without a redesign.
Do you only work with healthcare practices?
No. Private practices are a strong fit because trust, education, privacy, and careful follow-through matter so much. We also work with service businesses where reputation, local demand, clear offers, and a reliable customer path drive growth.
How is Hearthline different from a traditional agency?
You work directly with us as we diagnose the problem and carry the solution through. We stay responsible for how the website, campaigns, tracking, infrastructure, and follow-up affect one another.
Do I need to know which service I need?
No. Every engagement begins with a free 20–30 minute discovery call. If the problem is clear, we can scope the right service directly. If it needs a fuller view, we will recommend the Growth Diagnostic & Action Plan before implementation.
Can you work with the tools and team we already have?
Yes. Hearthline can lead the full workstream or fill the gaps around an existing designer, developer, marketing team, CRM, website platform, or agency. We will not recommend replacing a useful system just to make the engagement easier for us.
Do you handle the technical setup too?
Yes, when it is part of the scope. That can include hosting, Cloudflare, DNS, Google Workspace, email authentication, analytics, forms, scheduling, newsletters, CRM connections, redirects, security policy, and launch QA.
How do you handle healthcare information?
Public marketing and business-development systems should stay separate from clinical communication. Hearthline does not ask for patient information or protected health information through its website forms. Healthcare workflows receive careful privacy and consent boundaries, and legal language remains subject to the practice's counsel.
What changes require my approval?
Decisions that change budget, brand direction, public claims, account ownership, legal language, or external communication come back to you. Once a scope and direction are approved, we handle the reversible implementation work without making you approve every small step.
How do you measure whether the work is helping?
We define the useful signal before launch. That might be a qualified inquiry, a booked consultation, a purchase, a referral, or a cleaner operating handoff. Platform-reported calls and clicks are labeled honestly; they are not presented as customers or revenue unless the evidence supports it.
What do I receive from the Growth Diagnostic & Action Plan?
You receive the completed evidence, priorities, and action plan, and the plan remains yours whether or not you hire us to carry it out. If you continue with Hearthline within 30 days, we credit the diagnostic fee, up to $1,500, toward the project or first month of an ongoing partnership.
How much does the work cost?
A Growth Diagnostic & Action Plan typically ranges from $1,000–$1,500. Focused implementation ranges from $2,500–$6,000. Growth foundations usually begin around $4,500. Ongoing partnerships usually begin around $2,000 per month. See the pricing page for context.
How long does a project take?
Most diagnostics and action plans take one to two weeks once access and context are available. Focused implementation often takes two to six weeks. Larger foundations vary with page count, integrations, feedback, permissions, and compliance needs.
Will I own the plan, website, and accounts?
Yes. The completed diagnostic and action plan, domains, hosting, analytics, advertising accounts, email platforms, data, and production assets remain yours. You should not have to stay with Hearthline just to keep access to work you paid for.
