During the 83 days before the May 29 overhaul, the account recorded 62,818 impressions, 4,440 clicks, and $16,089 in spend. During the next 83 days, it recorded 73,853 impressions and 6,262 clicks on $17,997. Impressions rose 17.6%, clicks rose 41.0%, and spend rose 11.9%.
The average click cost fell from $3.62 to $2.87. At the old click cost, 6,262 clicks would have cost about $22,691. Actual spend was $17,997, leaving a modeled difference of approximately $4,694.
Reported cost per tracked action fell from $16.74 to $7.66. The conversion mix changed when Klara booking-click tracking was added during the rebuild, so this is not a like-for-like appointment cost. The post-overhaul period recorded 1,455.5 Klara booking clicks and 879.8 calls from ads. These are intent signals, not confirmed appointments or revenue.
